A reinvention of the 1983 classic, V (2009-2011) tells of an alien race descending on Earth and changing its political landscape. The Visitors claim they are of peace, but they’re anything but. Plotting to claim dominion over the human spirit, Queen Anna is opposed only by a handful of Visitor rebels, a wily reporter, a troubled priest, a mercenary, and their leader, Special Agent Erica Evans. Can the dysfunctional resistance fighters save the day, or has humanity grown too complacent to survive? Dimitri has reviewed the full series, except for four episodes.
